杭州市求是教育集團前身為杭州市求是小學，創辦于1957年，系浙江大學附屬小學，是杭州市“老牌名�！敝�一。學校曾獲全國德育實驗學校、國家級綠色學校、全國“創建適合學生發展的學�！睂嶒瀸W校、國際生態學校、浙江省首屆文明校園、浙江省首批省級示范性教師發展學校、浙江省美麗校園、浙江省現代教育技術實驗學校、浙江省教育科研先進集體、浙江省體育藝術特色學校、浙江省“千校結好”特色學校、杭州市實驗學校、杭州市先進基層黨組織、杭州市教育國際化示范學校、杭州市美麗學校等多項榮譽。

多年來，求是以“把學校辦成少年兒童健康成長的樂園”為目標，積極致力于教育改革，努力推進教育國際化、現代化。形成了“以育人為核心、把健康放首位、以活動促發展、以質量塑品牌、以開放凝合力、以交流拓視野”的求是教育特色，努力把學生培養成為“有自信、愛探究、樂健體、善交流”的求是陽光學子。

為實現“讓更多的兒童享受求是優質教育”的目標，學校從1999年開始連鎖辦學，先后開辦了求是（競舟）小學、求是（星洲）小學。2002年率先成立了全國首個以實現基礎教育均衡化為目標的公辦基礎教育集團??杭州市求是教育集團，開創了名校集團化辦學的先河。2013年，集團創新管理體制與機制，集團下屬求是（競舟）小學、求是（星洲）小學設立獨立法人，實施相對獨立管理。2018年9月，集團同時開辦求是（之江）二小和浙江大學附屬第二小學，求是集團化辦學足跡遍布西湖區的東西南北。2021年，集團緊密型教育共同體富陽區富春第九小學正式開學，求是開啟名校集團化“跨區域合作辦學”新篇章。集團化辦學以來，經過全體求是人的共同努力，集團下屬各校教育教學質量均名列前茅，集團化辦學成效顯著，實現了優質教育均衡化、最大化、平民化。求是“名校集團化”探索發展模式成功入選“浙江省改革開放三十年典型事例100例”，成為集團化辦學的成功典范。

Brief Introduction of HangZhou Qiushi Education Group

The predecessor of Hangzhou Qiushi Education Group is Hangzhou Qiushi Primary School. It was founded in 1957, as the affiliated primary school of Zhejiang University. The school has been awarded the National Experimental school of Moral Education, the National Green School, the National Experimental School of “Creating Schools Suitable for Students’ Development”, the National Eco-school, the First Civilized School of Zhejiang province, the First Provincial Model School of Teachers’ Development in Zhejiang Province, the “Beautiful Campus” of Zhejiang Province , a provincial modern education & technology experimental school, a provincial excellent education research group, the Characteristic School of Sports and Art in Zhejiang Province, the “Arms in Arms” Specialist School of Zhejiang Province, Experimental School in Hangzhou, Municipal Advanced Primary Party Organization, Education Internationalization Model School of Hangzhou, “Beautiful Campus” of Hangzhou and other honors.

Over the years, Qiushi Education Group strives for education reform, education internationalization and modernization, aiming to achieve its goal of “to turn our schools into a paradise for the healthy growth of children”. It has formed a feature of “create a student-centered education; put health into the first priority; achieve development in activities; build up brand by high quality; gather strength by openness, open views by communication”. Group strives to nurture students with the spirit of being “full of confidence, willing to explore, keen to exercises, good at communication”.

In order to achieve the ideal of “expanding children's access to quality education of Qiushi”, it started chain-running in 1999. In 2002, it stablished the first public elementary education group in China? Hangzhou Qiushi Education Group, aiming at the Equilibrium in elementary education. It has created a precedent for group school-running. In 2013, the group innovated its management system and mechanism, Qiushi Jingzhou Primary School and Qiushi Xingzhou Primary School under the Group set up independent legal entities and implemented relatively independent management. In September 2018, the Group launched both Qiushi Zhijiang Second Primary School and the Second Affiliated Primary School of Zhejiang University. By then, group school-running strategy of Qiushi had brought benefits to all sites of Xihu District. With the opening of Fuchun No. 9 Primary School in Fuyang District in 2021, Qiushi has started a new chapter of “cross-regional cooperation” in group school-running of famous schools. Since the Group's operation, through the joint efforts of all Qiushi people, the quality of education and teaching in all schools under the Group has been ranked among the best, and the Group has achieved remarkable results, realizing the equalization, maximization and civilianization of quality education. Qiushi's exploration and development of “Group School-running Strategy of Famous Schools” has been successfully selected as one of the "100 Typical Examples of Reform and Opening-up in Zhejiang Province over the Past 30 Years ", making it a successful model of group school operation.
